Classical Piano Instructor

Ms. Kam is a Psychology undergraduate in Singapore Management University (SMU). She has obtained her ABRSM Grade 8 certification for classical piano and is currently pursuing a Trinity ATCL diploma certification under Poh Yia Zchen, a distinguished Music degree holder from Australia.

In other musical aspects, Lee Yuen has been involved in the choral scene, both locally and internationally, since 2005 with various choirs such as Westwood Chorus and PJChoir (Pioneer JC Choir). Some of these events include the 18th International Festival of Advent, Christmas Music with Petr Eben Prize (Prague, Czech Republic) and Winter Choral Festival (Hong Kong, 2008). In 2011, she joined EVOKX under the tutelage of Mr. Terrence Toh, the recipient of “The Most Promising Conductor” Award in the 21st Century International Choral Festival 2003 (Malaysia).

Lee Yuen’s singing range and capability has also attracted the attention of local prominent conductor, Mr. Toh Ban Sheng, who accepted Lee Yuen’s Direct School Admission (DSA) application out of many others. Her love for the arts was apparent since young when she started taking up Chinese Speech & Drama under the direction of Mdm. Chew Peh Boon and went on further to participate in various public performances.
